They are frosted or matte finish, transparent glass beads.  Jewelry making supply for stringing, spacer beads or accent on earwires.  Each rondelle shape bead measures 4x3mm and has 1mm hole.  An 8 inch strand consists of 50 beads.  

They are made with recycled glass and put through a man-made process that simulates the effect of many years of erosion by Mother Nature and the Sea.
